This Refund Policy explains when WP Agent AI refunds subscription charges, plan upgrades, and credit purchases. It is designed to match the 30-day refund review commitment shown on our website while giving clear guidance for renewals, delivered service value, and support cases.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase an eligible paid WP Agent AI subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a refund review within 30 days of the original charge date. This policy applies to the first paid subscription purchase or first paid plan upgrade for the applicable account.
Where there has been no material use of the included subscription value, we will generally approve a full refund. If substantial included credits have been consumed, completed runs have already been delivered, or significant service value has already been provided, we may deny the refund or issue a partial refund that reflects the value already delivered.
Eligible Purchases
- First-time purchase of a paid recurring subscription, subject to the usage-based limits described on this page.
- First upgrade from a free tier to a paid tier, if requested within 30 days of the upgrade charge and before substantial included value has been consumed.
- Other purchases where a refund is required by law or expressly promised in writing by WP Agent AI support.
Renewals and Accidental Charges
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has started, because access and service capacity are reserved automatically. However, if a renewal was accidental, please contact us as soon as possible. We may review renewal refunds on a case-by-case basis when:
- the request is made promptly after the renewal charge; and
- there has been minimal or no material use of the service during the renewed period.
Credit Top-Ups and One-Time Purchases
One-time credit purchases, add-on credits, or top-ups are generally non-refundable after any portion of the purchased balance has been used, consumed, allocated to completed runs, or otherwise delivered.
If a top-up was purchased in error and remains completely unused, contact support promptly. We may approve a refund where permitted by law or where the circumstances support it.
For clarity, the 30-day guarantee for an eligible first paid subscription does not convert used one-time top-ups or already-delivered add-on value into refundable purchases.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@wpagentai.com from the address linked to your account.
- Use a subject line such as
Refund Request. - Include your account email, Paddle receipt or invoice reference, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue.
- If the charge relates to a specific workspace or connected domain, include that information so we can locate the transaction quickly.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, we will initiate it through Paddle or the original payment processor. Processing times depend on the processor and your bank or card issuer. Most approved refunds appear within several business days, but some payment methods may take longer.
Abuse, Disputes, and Chargebacks
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that involve fraud, abuse, repeated exploitation of the money-back guarantee, significant policy violations, or behavior intended to consume substantial service value and then reverse payment.
This includes attempts to exhaust included subscription credits or purchased top-ups, receive completed AI deliverables, and then seek reversal of the underlying charge contrary to this policy.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support first so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue quickly before a chargeback is filed.
