Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of WP Agent AI, including the hosted dashboard, AI-powered WordPress tooling, Elementor and page-builder workflows, plugin distribution, and related support services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WP Agent AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company, agency, or client, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Service Scope
WP Agent AI provides hosted software and automation features for WordPress-related workflows, including AI-assisted code generation, theme and page configuration, Elementor page generation, image-assisted design interpretation, account dashboards, billing, and connected WordPress plugin functionality.
We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features at any time to maintain service quality, security, or compliance. Some functionality depends on third-party services, including AI providers, WordPress hosting environments, payment processors, and external APIs.
Accounts and Security
- You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, API credentials, and any connected site tokens.
- You must promptly notify us at support@wpagentai.com if you believe your account, domain connection, or WordPress integration has been compromised.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our own failure to maintain reasonable security controls.
Billing, Subscriptions, and Paddle Checkout
Paid plans, add-ons, and one-time purchases may be billed through Paddle or another authorized payment processor. By completing a purchase, you authorize the processor and WP Agent AI to charge the selected payment method for the applicable fees, taxes, and renewal charges.
- Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- You may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date from your account area or by contacting support.
- Feature limits, usage limits, credits, BYOK access, and run budgets are determined by your active plan.
- We may suspend access to paid features for failed, reversed, or disputed payments.
Acceptable Use
You may not use WP Agent AI to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with service integrity, or bypass technical limits. Prohibited conduct includes abusive automation, unauthorized access attempts, malicious code distribution, payment abuse, fraudulent activity, and using the service in a manner that would materially harm other users or third parties.
You are also responsible for ensuring that prompts, uploaded files, connected site data, generated code, and deployed changes comply with applicable law, contract obligations, client commitments, and platform rules.
AI Output and User Responsibility
WP Agent AI generates outputs based on prompts, uploaded assets, site data, third-party models, and automated workflows. AI output can be useful, but it can also be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, or unsuitable for your specific environment.
- You are responsible for reviewing, testing, validating, and approving all generated output before using it on a production site.
- You should maintain your own backups and rollback process before applying changes to live sites.
- You remain responsible for accessibility, security, privacy, compliance, and deployment decisions made with generated output.
Intellectual Property
WP Agent AI retains all rights in the service itself, including our software, branding, platform design, documentation, automation pipelines, and service configuration. Subject to these terms and any third-party rights, you retain rights to the prompts, site content, and project materials you provide, and you may use the generated output for your own internal or commercial WordPress projects.
You must not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create a competing hosted service from the platform except as permitted by law or by explicit written permission.
Availability, Limits, and Changes
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may enforce plan limits, run budgets, domain limits, provider restrictions, or security controls to protect platform stability and prevent abuse.
We may modify pricing, features, processors, providers, and technical requirements. Material changes will apply prospectively and, where appropriate, will be reflected on our website or in-app billing experience.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
WP Agent AI is provided on an as is and as available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP Agent AI and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue, profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the service.
Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create legal or security risk, abuse billing systems, or use the service in a way that threatens the platform or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including billing obligations, liability limits, intellectual property protections, and dispute-related provisions, will continue after termination.
